2025 Event Information
5K Sunset Run
- Date: Friday, March 7th
- Start Time: 6:00 PM
- Course: 4 - mile run along the scenic ocean path

Triathlon Races & Recovery Lounge Party
- Date: Saturday, March 8th

Packet Pick-Up
- March 7th: 3:300 PM to 6:00 PM
- Location: Race Site, 5400 Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90803

Bayshore 70.4 Triathlon
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
1.2-mile swim
56-mile bike
13.1-mile run


Bayshore Sprint Triathlon
- Start Times: 7:45 AM & 8:00 AM (two wave starts)
500-yard swim in calm bay waters
6-mile bike along the ocean path 
4-mile run along the ocean



Course Details
Please note:  This is grass roots event.  The Sprint & 70.4 race bike course IS NOT A CLOSED COURSE - The 70.4 bike course includes a few stoplights each way - road is not closed — also bike lane open to the public.  So, the old fashioned honor system will be in place.  Be fast, but be safe!! 70.4 Race Cut-Off Times
- Swim: 1 hour
- Bike: 12 Noon
- Run: 3 PM
- Note: Aid stops at the cutoff times, but participants can choose to continue. No cutoffs for the Sprint Distance.

Aid Station Information
- Bike Aid: Station at the halfway turnaround point. Plan your nutrition accordingly. (No Bike Aid for Sprint Race)
- Run Aid: Stations every 1.5 miles offering water, soda, electrolyte drinks, Spring Energy Gels, banana halves, pretzels, and gummy bears.
- 70.4 Racers: Option for a bike drop bag at the 28-mile Aid Station. Check bags at the registration table on race morning with your name and race number.

- Duration: 8:30am to 10:30am
- Location: Bayshore Aquatic Park - 5415 E. Ocean Blvd.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve, our clinics are tailored to help you shine at the Bayshore Triathlon! 💪 Spaces are limited, so sign up soon and let's make your triathlon dream a reality! 🌟
We will be doing all 3 disciplines: SWIM, BIKE, RUN!
